Leadership Development
Our holistic leadership development program, Leading with Purpose
is offered for individuals or can be brought into your organization.
The program recognizes the importance of working with both the leader
and the organization to create the conditions that support leadership
to emerge and the organization to grow and succeed. The program
integrates a range of developmental experiences over a period of
9 months including learning intensives, practical experience, individual
work, coaching, mentoring and online collaboration. Participants
are guided to set specific goals and evaluate the achievement of
goals throughout the program.
Program elements include:
- Making genuine contact with yourself as a leader. This advanced
module uses the Medicine Wheel Tool© as a framework to explore
intelligences, archetypes, elements and more as individuals deepen
their understanding of themselves as leaders and learn practical
strategies that support their continued learning and health.
- Making genuine contact with others. These modules provide practical
tools, frameworks and skill development to enable leadership to
emerge and to tap into collective wisdom. They will assist the
leader to develop organizational systems that encourage leaders
to inspire, guide, influence and support others to achieve common
goals and to develop their full potential.
- Continuous learning and development. Participants work on a
project to apply their learning in a practical way in their own
organizations. Individual and group coaching and mentoring supports
participants to continue learning during and after the program.
- Networking. Participants will form a learning/support network
with other participants in the program. All participants are invited
to join the international community of genuine contact professionals
and to participate in international mentoring circles.
