Emergent Futures supports the evolution of life nurturing organizations that sustain people and productivity. We recognize that organizations are living systems made up of overlapping, interdependent relational spheres. In order for these living systems to not only survive, but to thrive, optimum conditions must be fostered, like providing sunlight, nutrient rich soil and water to a plant.

We assist you in developing these conditions by creating frameworks and processes that foster a life nurturing environment. Within this environment, the whole person is invited into their work, rather than focusing only on left-hemisphere or right-hemisphere driven qualities. Life nurturing environments create the conditions for building the capacity of the individual and invite the absolute best out of everyone. When these conditions are successfully created, the individuals within the organization can build relationships and work with their full individual and collective potential.

Much of Emergent Future’s work is with public sector organizations working in the areas of science and technology, project management and procurement, accounting, public policy, economic development and health care. We also work with clients in the private sector in a variety of industries. We work with individual leaders and companies that want to reach new levels and new limits, with leaders who are looking for something different in their organization, but don’t quite know how to do it. We work with leaders to prepare them to open to what is wanting to emerge into the future of the organization.
